With recent government legislations demanding PPA Teacher-Release time and that children are encouraged to participate in a minimum of 2 hours quality sporting activities each week, futurepro could be the answer to many of your problems...

PPA - Teacher Release Coaching for infant, primary, junior and private schools.

What we offer:

* High quality, professional and fun coaching sessions across a multitude of sports.  Sports are usually coached per half term and then changed to provide the children with new activities and challenges.  A typical timetable is as follows:

SEP-OCT - Football, NOV-DEC - Tag Rugby, JAN-FEB - Netball, FEB-APR - Hockey, APR-MAY - Athletics, JUN-JUL - Cricket

* A flexible, yet consistent coaching service to suit your needs i.e. 1-4 coaches available for 1 hour, 1 morning/afternoon, 1 school day or a number of school days each week.  We also look to build relationships with the school and ensure our staff are professional and approachable at all times.

* All sessions coached are pre-planned in accordance with Key Stage guidelines and futurepro syllabuses are available for school records.  We work with educational regulatory bodies such as OFSTED or council sports development units to ensure our sessions meet your requirements whilst maintaining the core coaching values and experiences we can offer.

* Certificates/progress reports are made on every child after every sporting block and are provided in line with Ofsted requirements.

* An educational emphasis on all our sessions e.g. handouts with key factors and further learning in that particular sport, 'child friendly' nutritional advice, etc.

Our coaches:

* All coaches hold:    - current CRB Enhanced Disclosure Certificates

                                   - valid coaching qualifications from various National Governing Bodies.

                                   - minimum of Basic First Aid qualification

* All full-time coaches provided are professional, reliable and friendly and will always look to build relationships in the schools they teach.  Being well organised and structured, the children will be able to have fun, develop their techniques and progress their overall game awareness under their coaching.  Many of our staff are University graduates and/or have coached for a number of years - they are certainly not 16 year old Level One coaches unlike the coaches many of our competitors have been known to provide!

The futurepro Sports:

Sports and activities that can be coached in your school include:

Football - Tag Rugby - Athletics - Gymnastics - Dance - Basketball - Hockey - Badminton - Netball - Cricket

If one of our staff is not qualified in a particular sport or activity you wish for us to coach, then we will look to send them on the relevant coaching course at the first possible opportunity.

Extra Curricular Coaching

This is a very popular element of our business and it allows children to further their learning of in-school sports and burn off that excess energy!  Sessions can be run before school time in a 'breakfast club' format and/or through an after school club which commence immediately after the school day.  Each of these types of clubs will run for an hour and entail progressive, fun coaching sessions all conducted by our excellent coaches.  Usually held in 6 week blocks, an overall charge is advertised to the parents with monies either collected by us or by the school.

Additional Information

Our current schools - many prospective schools like to talk to the schools who currently employ our PPA/After School coaching to enquire as to their experiences using futurepro.  If you would like to do so, please contact us to discuss and we would be more than happy to provide you with schools that are in your area.  Current school locations include Croydon, Wimbledon, Leatherhead, Farnham, Billingshurst, Byfleet, Norwood and Sanderstead.

Company Insurance - futurepro has a £10million public liability insurance and full employers insurance for ALL coaching activities we undertake in your school.

Equipment - futurepro has all the sporting equipment we need to conduct our sessions, but many schools like to utilise their own too.  All coaches are happy to do so and arrangements can be made as and when planning the sports and activities for that year.

Venue Hire - at futurepro, we appreciate that budgeting is an everyday problem for schools, and where possible, we offer our schools the opportunity to make additional funds through hiring their facilities for our holiday courses.  This has proved very popular with  a selection of our schools as it also provides their pupils with opportunities to return to the school in the holiday periods and participate in sports coaching events.

The costs:

* Considerably lower than the price to hire supply teachers and exceptionally cheaper than our competitors, futurepro provide the school with a low cost price per coach, per hour.

Please note that above prices are negotiable if the school wishes to combine both initiatives and/or allow futurepro to utilise their site for holiday coaching purposes.
