Oberon Super Saturday™ Coaching Courses 2008

SUPER SATURDAY DESCRIPTION      

This continual 10 week course is one the most popular events in the area with well over 100 children regularly participating each Saturday morning.  The exciting, competitive and progressive sessions keep children of all ages, sex and abilities active and entertained week in, week out.

NEW LOOK FOR 2008!

Due to an overwhelming number of parents asking for more football classes we have changed the way the Oberon Super Saturday runs.  The first hour is more or less unaffected with the same groups in place (but an earlier start of 9am!) but the second group sees the introduction of further football groups in addition to the girls football and tag rugby coaching too.  Parents have a choice of which hour they would like to attend but with strict maximums in place now (16 per group), late bookings may be offered alternative groups.

The new morning layout is as follows:

8.45am         First session parents arrive and register

9am             Prompt start to the first session - any late comers to the pavillion please.

10am            Last 10min alarm sounds

10.10            First session ends and children are debriefed on their pitches

10.15-10.30   First session Player of the Day award ceremony

10.30            Second session parents arrive and children make their way to the congregation area by the cricket pitch.  Parents to register in the pavillion

10.40            Prompt start to the second session

11.40            Last 10min alarm sounds

11.50            Second session ends and children are debriefed on their pitches

11.55-12.10  Second session Player of the Day award ceremony

WEATHER DECISIONS!  At futurepro we don't mind a bit of rain but for those of you who have seen the Oberon Sports Ground in the rainy season, you will know sometimes it gets a little too soggy!  We therefore make assessments throughout the week in association with Raynes Park Leisure and endeavour to keep every session on.  However, if it is a rare occasion where we have to cancel, we now have a dedicated voicemail that informs you of the situation at Oberon EVERY SATURDAY.  Please call:  0844 736 5346.
