Futurepro have a new and improved evening coaching schedule for the new year. We will be moving the Raynes Park High School sessions to a Tuesday night so we can ensure we have full access to the facilities we use and have assigned more full time members of staff to the project. We also have new evening academies arranged in other locations planned as we move fully into 2008....!

HOW THEY WORK:

Each evening academy has 2 group classifications:

1) Evening Academy - created for 'invitation only' players who have shown their ability to the coach through local performances, improved performance and/or how they fared in a trial. Intense but fun, structured sessions with regular tests against the youth sections of other professional clubs.

2) Development Centre - designed to allow youngsters with the potential to reach academy level the opportunity to learn and train at levels that are right for them. Coaches provide high quality sessions with games organised to test their progression.

ALL coaches are UEFA/FA qualified, highly experienced, fun yet professional individuals.

Advanced Development Centre - Key Benefits

	Coaching sessions conducted by staff who have worked with professional academies/development centres
	High, intense football and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) sessions designed to improve individual technique
	Each session will have small sections of 'theory coaching' that ensures the children understand their bodies, the game and the demands of a professional footballer.
	Opportunities to play against, and potentially trial with, Chelsea, Fulham, Charlton Athletic, Brighton and Hove, Luton Town and AFC Wimbledon to name but a few!
	In-depth scorecards that reflect improvement and performance.

Development Centre - Key Benefits

	Expert Futurepro Coaches who make each session fun and progressive for all.
	Structured Coaching Programme to improve each players' game
	Look to develop individual technique on a more 'one-to-one' basis.
	Learn and enjoy playing the game at the same time.
	Certificates and progress reports for each child at the end of the block.
